气候变化对地球生态系统、生物多样性带来的负面影响直接或间接地影响着人类健康,这已经在国际气候治理中逐渐得到重视。国际机构近年发布的报告也提出全球医疗健康部门应对气候变化的重要性和紧迫性。[5] 即将在今年11月于英国格拉斯哥召开的联合国气候变化大会(COP26)也将健康议题至于重要位置。在各国落实“巴黎协定”、实现未来十年更具雄心的减排目标的过程中,医疗健康部门有机会、有责任成为积极推动经济系统全面
低碳转型的新兴力量。
